Introducing the AL1100: an advanced, fully automated laser cleaning solution for small-web Anilox sleeves or rolls up to 1100 mm in length.
Description
The Anilox AL1100 laser delivers precise and damage-free cleaning for Anilox rolls and sleeves. Engineered with cutting-edge technology, the AL1100 ensures thorough cleaning of even the finest cell structures, removing all traces of contamination without affecting the integrity of the Anilox surface.
Our lasers never clamp your valuable rollers in metal chucks. We have designed a unique system that rotates the rollers in its own bearings. Thus preventing damage to your rollers taps and making sure an easy roller change is made. For various rollers adapters are available or can be custom made.
Key features of the AL1100 include:
- High precision: Capable of safely cleaning the smallest details of high line-count Anilox rolls, preserving their structure and performance.
- Damage-free cleaning: Specifically developed to prevent microcracks or damage to the delicate ceramic surface, even after hundreds of repeated cleanings.
- Efficiency and reliability: With its advanced laser technology, the AL1100 guarantees consistent results, reducing downtime and ensuring peak performance of your printing equipment.
- Sustainability: The AL1100 uses no harmful chemicals, offering an eco-friendly solution that minimizes the environmental impact and operational costs related to cleaning agents.
- Ease of use: The system is user-friendly, requiring minimal setup and maintenance, allowing for streamlined integration into your production process.
